Gap Fire

PLEASE, please keep your fingers crossed.

My parents are in the line of the fire.  They evacuated (with the essentials, and the cat) but it is likely our house will burn.  Our neighborhood is on all "absolute emergency evacuation" lists.  Burning ash was raining down as they packed the car.

Say a prayer to whatever or whoever you believe in.  I grew

I've been watching this fire with more and more worry every day. Too many people I know have been evacuated, and though I know they're all safe in body, a home is... well, it's part of you in its own way, yanno?
