Faith was sitting in the back of the car, with Dawn's head resting in her lap while Faith absently stroked her sister's hair. Dru had stopped looking at Dawn like she was a snack, which was good. Probably because she was full for now. Hopefully keeping her distracted and fed on others would KEEP her from looking at her and Dawn like they were breakfast and lunch.
When Spike suggested that they grab Wesley, that definitely perked up Faith's ears. "Really? We should definitely pick up my old Watcher. You guys pick up whomever you want, but he's mine." They had some unfinished business to attend to. Some business that she was gonna make sure that Dawn was out of the room for.
"Not sure if Chuck is gonna go lightly, though. May want to stick with Red and just knock him out. Can always carve a note in his back or something if you guys want." She didn't know him at all, so she really didn't care.
Cordelia sat down at her desk with a huff of a sigh. Angel had told her to take a couple extra days off, but she just couldn't sit around and do nothing. She was too bored and Doyle's mancave was just too small. So, she went out shopping with the no money she had and came back to the office empty-handed, save for a smoothie.
She knew the Sunnydale people were in town, but she wasn't sure where they all were at the moment or why there were even here. Something about Faith. Whatever, she was keen to stay far away from anything involving the crazy murderous Slayer.
She picked up the phone as she saw the red light blinking. She took out her post-its and started writing down the many messages left on their answering machine.
