Working on a Plan

They needed to find out more things about this firm. They had already approached him in a bar, trying to recruit him. All that Angel could find out right now was that they were involved in pretty much everything in Los Angeles, but that didn't tell him a whole lot. What they needed to to was get inside of those offices and see what was going on. Of course, that wouldn't be easy. Angel has cased out the place the night before, and, from what he could tell, its security was rock solid. So, they needed a distraction.
Hopefully, that would be where Gunn came in. They had helped him sort out the situation with his sister, and he had offered to do some odd work now and then for them in lieu of payment. While Cordelia probably would have preferred to get an actual paycheck, Angel at least understood the power of having another person who would do some favors for them right now. Especially another one who could go out into the sunlight. For all that he could do, that was one thing that he still couldn't pull off.
Now they were just waiting for Gunn to show up, so that they could discuss strategy and figure out just exactly what they were going to do, what they were going to look for, and what they should try to take out of there, file wise. These people were big players, and they needed to figure out just what exactly they were up to.
