Yesterday I faced the interview which was arranged by my college.I could not get the job.It was a job of sales officer. They wanted aggressive people.I was short listed in the first round which was a GD.The topic of the GD was "Is banning the dance bars in mumbai,right or wrong"I gave my views and fortunately I was shortlisted for the second round.

you cant say you will fulfil the requirements of the job. they will always want someone who will be willing to do more than the requirements of the job. cause basically everyone will do the bare minimum. companies will want someone who will do more.

anyway it just seems ridiculous for someone with an OPEN online journal to say " I don't like strangers reading my blog." or something to that line. hahaha nvm. =)

I agree with you that today companies want more than the bare requirements.Then what would have been my answer for that question, in your openion?

I could not understand,what do you wanted to say in the second paragraph.Please explain.
