Labret update...

I'm so sad.

I went to get my labret done yesterday and I wanted it in the centre... Guess what... She pierced me right beside the centre of my lip! By mistake :(
I had to take it out but I'm getting it redone when this hole heals.
I've waited 4 years so I guess I can wait another 4 weeks ;)
- I'm still sad and a little pissed though ;)

Not sure who to recommend for a piercer in your area but if you check out a body mod community on LJ like bodymods or maybe bmezine or stretched they could give you a reference for someone where you're at. If the piercer won't do what you want, don't get it done! I'd be scared of a piercer that wouldn't give me the piercing I wanted unless they'd give me some sound evidence as to why my desires were bad in some way. Sorry you have to wait, better luck next time! :)

If your piercer made a mistake & gave you something you didn't want, they should be doing the re-pierce for free.
Unless she gave you a reason why it wasn't done in the middle? Though really, if that's the case [ie. vein placement], it should have been discussion prior to piercing, so I'm thinking this was an error on her part.

Yeah, it was "just" an error on her part and I am getting it re-pierced for free :)
It sucks that she made a mistake but I've only had good experiences with her before and so I have no problem going back to her and have her re-pierce it :)
.... I'm sure it'll be better next time ;)
