Yep, certainly one of the most mesmerising bands live today, I got my ticket...

Also a cheeky Stars of the Lid gig, again up the road at Luminaire, November is set up to be a musical month indeed.

I like your journal too. Sorry I've taken so long to reply. Life has been a bit of a mad rush lately, I really need a holiday!

Love the Jim O'Rourke album Insignificance. It's one of my favourite albums ever. Though I'm hearing a lot of good stuff lately.

When I think Godard I usually think of femme fatales like the ones Anna Karina might have played. He encapsulated a cinema that was young and energetic, and it's so interesting to see contemporaries like Wong Kar-Wai take his style to a new level.

I shall enjoy following your journal in the time to come :)
