The sickness is 100% gone. I realized that Im a much happier person when Im healthy. From now on I am going to get at least eight hours of sleep every night, I am going to drink apple juice, eat fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent future colds. I should probably go out and get a flu shot while Im at it. Are they available for

aw Vince, that's sucky about your shoulder. I'm really sorry, and that's completely unfair that this happened to you and not the person who caused the accident. I hope that the big time doctor will have some good news for you :)

as for the flu shot, I know that here in Kenora, we run flu shot clinics for a month straight at various locations over the city, so I'm sure you should have no problems finding one.

also, you seem to like fear a lot :P i can't do the tamest of haunted houses....i'm terrible with horror.

My lawyer has guaranteed me that there will be a settlement, but I have to wait until all of my treatment is completed and I am one hundred percent better before I see a dime of it.
As far as disability goes, I can definitely mention it to him and see what he says. Hell, I absolutely love the idea!

oh i would almost garuntee you will get a TON of money. the other persons insurance will have to pay for you not working and the surgery.

i was in a car accident last summer, the only thing that happened to me was whiplash and a broken neck scare, but i turned out to be ok. not only did they pay for my hospital bills, and may car, but they also paid for the days of work i missed, which was only one and a half, and gave me almost $2,000 on top of that for the trouble it caused me. and i didnt even have a lawyer.

so with you having to have surgery, miss work, and just be in pain, im almost positive youll get a load of money for this.

btw way, orange juice always does wonders for me. i start getting a little bit of a sore throat, i drink a bunch of orange juice, and the next day im much better.
