Okay, let's do this while it's still fresh in my mind (yes, I took pen and paper, but ended up not really needing it) and before people see the need to poke me ( Read more... )

*giggles* Well, it's (kinda unfortunately) true... that's the best I can say about her appearance in this movie.

Was it a really killer two minutes, like, the kind that will win her Academy accolades despite its brevity, a la Judi Dench in Shakespeare in Love? I can't see why she'd have taken the job unless it was a really important role despite its limited screentime, like Vanessa Redgrave's nonspeaking appearance in A Man for All Seasons or something.

This is probably unfounded optimism and biased adoration talking, but a fangirl can hope. :/

Thanks very much for sharing this!

Uhm... nope, not at all. I have to admit that I actually asked myself what she's doing in there, if this was really necessary for the plot or if the movie could have done without her.

I confess, I'm disappointed. :( Really, no lines?

Thanks for doing this write-up, bb. I was on the edge of my seat waiting for news!

Uhm... no, sorry if I raised the impression she doesn't say a thing. She does. Actually even more than one sentence, but it's not much nonetheless.

Wow. That's hummmm... So like one line? total? Why do I feel like this is gonna be another hurlyburly in Kevin Spacey's resumé? Oh the pâin! I guess I can bring a book and read through the movie to wait for Mary. Sounds like a plan. Thanks for doing the report.

Nope, it's more than one line, but still not much and it doesn't have much content.

*Sigh* Oh well, it is Mary and cleavage. Such a waste though. Still new Mary scene, on the big screen. I'm in.

Yup, it's a waste... but the character was just not needed for the plot. I'm not even really sure this last scene needs her. :-S Not that I'm complaining about it... :D

I was wondering where she came into it since she said it was just a cameo, but to have to wait until the end to only get two minutes of her...but I guess if there is cleavage...:) Damn what a waste of talent though. I'm wondering how much more she will be in Scream. Gods I wish she would get onto another big show, something she is in all the time, not just a few eps a year.

No idea why her name's even on the poster... ah well, I won't complain about that. :D
Well, I'm pretty sure I won't go and see Scream4 in the cinema. Will rely on other ways to watch this one since I don't like horror movies and don't expect her to have a much more prominent role there. However, I wouldn't mind the producers proving me wrong on that last guess. ^^
