And now, a photo collage of the food i spent today preparing. It was so good. So good that it can't be fully expressed how good it was. Also, photos of food always look pretty gross (for examples, see gallery of regrettable food).

The first one on the left is Ijit Koussa, or Zuchhini Patties (Hahaha. Pattie Koussa. Get it?) It has eggs and spinach

Beauty and artistry within the bounds of culinary schooling is the only way to describe the plethora of fine objects placed upon my monitor. Patty, I am jealous of that meal, and there are few enough I would ascribe such a compliment.
