Well, "habeo" is Latin for "to have, hold, possess / consider, regard"; "modo" is "now, just now, only", and "chemist" is a corrupt form of "chimista", which in turn is an abbreviation of "alchimista", or alchemist. (Since alchemy was concerned with the purification of people as well as substances, and ended up intertwined with the "four humours" model of human emotion/personality/health, it having something to do with people and/or emotions seems reasonable.)
So -- if I were making a bad fansub of your dream, I'd totally write something like "(contemplating the instantaneous alchemist of hearts)" when translating the song lyrics.
Which may be why I should never be allowed to subtitle anything, and also why it's dangerous to let me loose with the internet when I've got a Latin dictionary bookmarked. But maybe I can get a job writing the introductory songs for anime?
