As stated at the top of the post, you pay for the shipping determined by which items you buy (since of course it goes by weight); and then the dress is in section A, which means you name your own price so long as it's fair! :) And I'm not sure which F21 shirt you mean, please specify!

Shipped together, shipping would come to $16.76 by Parcel Post (10-14 days usually, the official USPS estimate is "Varies by Country"), or $32.55 by Priority Mail (6-10 days). The knotted F21 shirt is in section B, meaning free to be given away, and again the dress is in section A, meaning name your own price.
