for the duplicate songs, you can go in Itunes and click show duplicates. If you feel safe doing it, you can sort them by date added and then delete them all at once that way. i had to do it because of jay.

as for being stretched i know exactly what you mean. Just know that once things calm down, you'll feel so much better for it.
