Shooting Spree Yesterday

There was a shooting spree with at least 10 people dead in my home town in Alabama. It started in Samson where I hung out for several years and know more than half the town. They are not releasing any names yet but in a town that small (2 red lights and a caution light) it is likely that I know someone involved. I wish I knew more

Thanks. I just wish I knew more. I have lost touch with many of my friends back there and most of my closest ones have moved away too. So I am just trying to find out if it's anyone I know.

Luckily for us, our families aren't too close to where the shooting was.

My parents are a few towns away form where it ended. But I still know a lot of people in Samson even though I don't keep in touch as much as I used to.

Still really haven't sat down and heard the details, but had no idea that anyone I would know would even be connected... yeesh...

The place where it ended (Reliable) was very close to the house of my best friend from high school who was also my maid of honor. Her parents still live in that house. I am glad that no one that I love was involved but it came very close to many people I care about.
