yes there are muscles in your neck and when you crack your neck you are extending that muscle further than it should go. so every time you make your neck crack, it makes that muscle weaker. and because that muscle gets weaker it gets easier to crack your neck more and its bad yeah
darnnnn, yeah it seems as if i can crack my neck like every 10 or 20 minutes, its getting bad but its like im addicted to it because i just always do it.
