Officially moved in. Cleaned. Decorated. Baked scones to test out the oven. Now what? I've been sitting around reading The Bhagavad Gita and snacking on blueberries. Living alone is quite boring

I might come visit you sometime over the weekend, if that's okay? (I don't even know if you'll be there this weekend, if not, it's fine~) Schedule's been kinda weird lately with the recent thing that just happened >_<
I would KILL that Japanese friend. Even if it WASN'T Arashi tickets, it could be retarded sports tickets for all I care, you ask permission for that crap. And on top of that she lies about it? Yeah, we'd be done.
Soooo . . by your description, I'm guessing the person who dropped out is Rachicorn? Not surprising. She's fun to hang out with, but is as reliable as . . sorry, I've got nothing x__x *analogy fail* Really sucks for her roommate though
I hope I haven't upset you in any way, I know I've been a huge emotional mess of contradictions lately and I've been trying to work on it. People suck sometimes and I wanna be one of the few friends who can be relied upon and not cause drama x_x
That's fine~~ I'm planning on being here. Just text me before hand so I know not to take a shower or go do laundry or something and miss you knocking. Oh yeah, the air conditioning here is super loud so you might have to knock pretty hard. xD
I guess she thinks my friend is stupid, because she posted about getting tickets in a public post on mixi and then expects to not be caught lying? She's not even a big Arashi fan; she just likes going to concerts. The poor girl we were trying to get tickets for has been a huge fan for a year but has never gotten tickets to a concert. It makes me so angry.
Yeah, it's Rachicorn. Honestly, I think Melies is more reliable than her, and that's saying something. xP She was my conversation partner in Japanese class, though, so I'm going to miss her.
Wait, what have you done to upset me? *dies* I know you've been going through a lot lately. I'm sorry I can't do more to help you!
They do say hell is other people... but then, as you say, living alone can be tedious, so what can we do, right?
So much deceit herein though! As in you're writing about deceit, not that your journal is full of lying. Obviously. But even so, people need to get their acts together, the opportunistic little weasels!
And yes, I may bug you from time to time... you didn't think I'd let an LJ friend thingy be only one-way, did you? People like us know the (enormous lack of) value to one-sided friendships after all. ;)
Hi! ♥ Thank you for adding me! I always ask Sae how you're doing, so I figured I'd stop bothering her and just add you to get information directly from the source. Hope you don't mind!
I think the thing I learned the most so far in university is that uni students = kindergarteners. Besides a select few wonderful people, I'm constantly being surprised at their level of maturity. I'm not saying I'm not immature sometimes too, but these people are so selfish and inconsiderate I just want to bang my head against the wall. It's so hard to find true friends.
It can be hard, definitely, but I think we both lucked out with Sae on that level. ;)
I had no idea uni was that bad though! Then again, I'm still struggling with people my own age too... and aren't women supposed to mature faster? I'm not sure that's a cover-all rule you know! I'm glad we're both finding exceptions to this sort of thing though.
And thank you for the add leading to my add! It's really great you're following what's going on... just bear with the terminology and so forth, it's sort of all my own little world over there. :P
Ahhh I'm so glad I introduced you guys, I knew you would get along~ We have to try hard to share the GOOD friends, because they're rare! That's what I've come to learn growing up.
If you think uni students are from kindergarten, then high school students must be from preschool, because trust me, high school is MUCH worse maturity-wise. I think your mind would probably just blow up. They actually make uni students SEEM mature in comparison. And my high school was probably the worst idiot-wise.
*your privacy options wouldn't allow me to pm you so I'm posting here*
(I hope things have gotten better since this post D:)
But hi Carisa, my name's Jaime (humm, I probably should have asked for your name before I asked for your LJ name *fails* xD) and I don't mind you friend-ing me at all <3 I hope we can meet up again next year or something ^ ^ Meeting a fellow Arashian that lives in Missouri was a pleasant surprise for me :3
I still find the fact that you've been a fan for 6 years very impressive. If you don't mind my asking how did you come across them?
Really? That's odd. Sorry about that. Dx Thank you for adding me! ♥
Me too! Meeting an Arashi fan was a nice break from all the screaming kids wanting their names written in Japanese and then saying, "But that's not my name!" xP
I became a fan of Jun in 2004 through Gokusen. I watched a lot of Jun dramas and kind of ignored the other members for a year, and finally became an true Arashi fan in 2005, around the time of Sakura Sake. Since then, I've been going to Japan every year for their concert. Except this year, obviously. T___T
Yeah I can imagine that xD I can see that getting a bit annoying after a few hours, but you looked like you were having some fun. ^ ^
O.O seriously? I started with Gokusen also! I loved Jun & Shun and saw they did HanDan together and through the series I fell in love with both theme songs and after that I was kinda hooked on Arashi xD
Ah you've been to that many cons? Lucky ;__; I would love to go to one! I finally just saved up the money to go to Japan, I'll be going in January (unfortunately not for a con though)
It was a lot of fun! Plus, I got in free all three days just for working four hours. xP
I LOVE GOKUSEN SO MUCH. When I heard Jun and Shun were both cast in Hanadan, I died. (And later, in Smile too.) I can't wait for Nino's drama. ♥ ♥ ♥
I usually go for Jun's birthday when I can get a ticket. I was one of the people that got soaked in the typhoon at last year's Kokuritsu. Best day of my life by far. xD I didn't go in 2008 either because I spent all my money to go see Jun in Vegas and LA. The reason I didn't go this year is because next year I'll be studying abroad in Osaka for a year and need to save up money for that. >< Gah, my wallet
