I'm alive (barely) and in my dorm in Osaka. I've been up for at least 30 hours and can't sleep due to jetlag. Wooooooo. So far so good.

Congratulations! What wonders and adventure truly await you, and what an amazing place it must be to be!

Bizarrely, I'm more envious of the fact you've been awake thirty hours straight... I've often wondered what a full 24 hours without sleep must be like, let alone thirty!

I hope you manage to rest and settle and acclimatise and that the journey was safe and that you are happy and many many other things of a positive nature. :)
