God, has it been a year since your surgery already? I really didn't know that you included red meat in your diet, but lamb is my absolute favorite....that is what I get for marrying a Greek guy :) It is kinda funny to me that you are speaking of all the wildlife you are coming across in one paragraph, then talking about Walmart in the next....how far from home do you kayak?
Yes, I eat lamb, turkey, fish, and brewers yeast (surprisingly tasty with lemon or lime water). I generally kayak out for 40 minutes to and hour then return. It's usually a 3 hour commitment when you include getting ready, boat setup/take down, and the shower afterward. I'm finally going to be taking some pictures. I should have something in the next couple weeks.
I didn't know being Greek meant you regularly ate lamb. What else did you start eatting more of when you married him?
I love your descriptions of all the flora and fauna you are kayaking past on your adventures. You really seem like a Renaissance Man, all the things that you are "into" right now. And your descriptions of the dinners you make are mouth-watering. Now, if I could only overlook the "good at Calculus" part...

I don't think it was horse. My guess would be Kevlar, because it was impossible to chew into smaller pieces. I'm not kidding. Impossible.
