Sure, if you need exercise. I wouldn't recommend trying kayaking if you haven't been exercising regularly and are in good shape. It's a very intense upper body workout. If you are just inspired to see the sights on a river or lake, rent a motor boat.
My uncle runs a company in Berkely called Echo Wilderness Company, they do boat tours of rivers in South America and Africa, I've been considering hitting somebody up for some practice maybe. My boss is always running off to go kayaking somewhere and makes the whole thing seem really appealing.
I was on crutches all last year and have been playing drums like a wild animal since the fourth grade, the upper body strength I have, I wonder if I have the stamina though.

I love lemons and lemon juice. I'd rather drink lemon juice (added to sparkling water) than sugary lemonade. I also have enjoyed eating whole lemons since early childhood. In fact, lemons have always been my very favorite food! (I've heard my share of jokes about "Tripping on Acid.") Hope that doesn't make me a Sourpuss.
