"It's okay..."

You know what's been bugging me since yesterday? People judging other people by how they look. The outside has very little to do with the inside. I mean, it should reflect how they see themselves, but... for example, some people see goths as violent and angry. But you know what? They're usually not. They tend to be the nicest people I know ( Read more... )

Yeah, that's really messed up. I love you much, and i wish you would have taken some pictures.

you should talk to the lady in your normal gear and see if something might have happened in her past to make her afraid of someone dressed like that.

Try not to judge the people that you think are judging you.

Once again, i love you more all the time.

this is a bit off topic, but i think it's weird when some people complain about getting labeled because of what they wear ( ... )

im a prep, and my best friend is a punk. and we live three doors down from each other, so when we have absolutely nothing else to do we go for walks. and especially during the summer when everyone's outside, people look at us wierdly

something i'd like to point out is that we dont have to be friends with the kind of people we want to be or the people we dress like. i hate when people label us and also assume what kind of people we hang out.

I really appreciate your comment. I hang too hang out with people that all are very different from each other. As a matter of fact, the other day I was at my friend's birthday party, everyone there listened to different kinds of music, and dressed different ways. I was wearing my work pants, which are black dickies, and a black t-shirt that said "Emo is Awesome". Henry, who listens to rap, dresses in baggy pants and t-shirts, immediately pointed out, "How can you try to be goth when you're wearing some fresh dickies?" It bugs me when people just assume that they know what I want to be. I only wore those pants because I just got done working.

I'm just rambling now, but I liked seeing your comment. Feel free to do so more often (although, I admit that I don't update a lot).
