my life right now is so busy. like insanely. i leave at 630 am, and i dont usually get home till 600 at night. but its weird, because i am in no way complaining. i love it.i know this is what i am meant to live like. i cant explain it. one of those pit of your gut things. you just know

The people in Boston are among the worst in the whole country. They're poor, Irish and Daygo factory workers. They drive like assholes, they have the worst attitudes in the world, and their accents are wicked. They will disagree with anything you say just for the sake of it. They're liberal as shit, well, those that vote at least; the ones that don't are poor Catholics and hate everyone and the government. All around the atmosphere sucks.

That is how a Mainer would descibe Boston and the whole state of Massachusetts for that matter. Boston's the only big city I could see myself in outside the dirty south. It's cold as fuck up there. It's great, because everywhere you look there's some liberal fag you can make fun of, and then they don't do shit about it because "we're all entitled to our own opinions". It rox.

i wouldnt describe myself as liberal, but i do admit to haveing liberal tendencies, lets say. and almost all large cities, especially in the north east are liberal, not just Boston.

i hate it, but i am have a pretty pessimist view of life. oh, and fuck the government.

ive met a couple people from there, and one from new york, all of which have had a large influence on me. ive been actively talking to them about it for about six months, learning about the atmosphere and what not. i like what i hear, i like what i know about the schools. i want to atleast give it a try.

Just playin. the best part of boston is that there are no minoritites, it's 100% white, I'm not even kidding on that. Not saying that in a racist way, but there's a lot less crime. True it's a big city, there's crime in all big cities, but boston is significantly less than most cities.

I dont know if you are trying to deter me from Boston, but everything you have said pretty much goes in the "reasons why i should" category.

Would you say that the poverty rate is less than other cities? like an overall higher standard of living? I havent really asked about that, its a rather touchy subject to some people.
