Yeah, I had no idea I was going to the countryside. It was very heartwarming to see tropical or malarial disease warnings by the side of the road. DAMN it I didn't get my shots. Oh man, arrived in Saigon yesterda from Bangkok. My family did one of those tour package deals. It was the most touristy thing ever. We kept on being bussed to places specifically designed for Chinese tourist to buy things (like birds nest, snake penises, etc.)We did not eat at a single local restaurant during the WHOLE trip.
