Holy crap. If it's any consolation, you look way better than I imagined from that story! You should really write this as a story or part of your life's novel. It's one of those.

I am so sorry for you! I got bitten in the face by a German Shepherd as a child and it has taken me years to not be afraid of big dogs. I'm glad they stitched you up well.

Get yourself some Mederma for when the stitches come out - I had to have a mole removed on my face, and it made the scar so light that no one notices it.
