Something that annoys Roald when we go to restaurants is the fact that I make mods on my order. My "philosophy" (a term too often loosely thrown around. I have no idea what a real philosophy is but this isn't it k) was that going places is about the experience and what better way to enjoy your experience other than having exactly what you want
