finally watched last week's episode today and loved it. but tonight? one thing really bothered me...
dean going to lisa? okay, seemed a bit odd, but i can sort of get why dean might feel he needed to do that before saying yes to michael. he really hasn't had many actual relationships, so i can see why the idea of stepping in and being a husband to lisa and a father to ben is so appealing to dean.
but let's look at this realistically. to quote lisa in 'the kids are alright', "we had one weekend together a million years ago. you don't know me. you have no business with my son." and yeah, she offered to let him stick around for a bit, but that was a couple of years ago. her reaction to him showing back up on her doorstep two years later, assuming she has no boyfriend/husband and wanting to be a family and her "okay, yeah, great!" seemed really out of character and unrealistic.
but drunk!castiel? nothing but love for him. so much love. him casually telling sam that he was an abomination? lol moment of the episode.
