You should just decide to have some sort of gathering at your place and pick a date. That would serve as some sort of deadline goal with a social reward at the end of the organization tunnel.

Yes, We (Marni & I) should. Unfortunately it is very rare that I know ahead of time that I am going to have a free weekend.
