I found out something very interesting today, the language of my people, the same one that is dying and will be dead (as they say) in a century or so is that of the DioJui/Teochui/Teochew/Chiuchow People. I'm doing my best to gathering as much information about it as I can. So as I don't go through life not knowing who and where I've come from,

Hi! I'm not sure how i know u but u posted on my lj!! And YOU ARE TEOCHEW TOO?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?! KEWL SO AM I!!!!! But i live in singapore.. 2nd generation born here.. my grandparents came straight from swa tow so yea. And well i want to learn my dialect too.. all my older cousins and the older generation can speak it... and i just know only a little bit.. sucks.. but anyways, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!! Have a really fun time celebrating it XD!!!
