On some level, I suppose he can look forward to a potential several years of "I told you so" if Brexit doesn't turn out as well as the leading Brexiteers would have us believe.

That's the only thing that's cheering me up, anyway.

Hee, it was fun to watch, even with the inevitable keeping promises jokes. I couldn't come here while it was on because I watched it with my husband, but I'm glad someone else here was watching too!
