I know we've lost at least one of you in the intervening years. I hope the rest of you, whichever benches you were and are cheerleading for, are still out there keeping well and with a little flame of love for what we had here too.

Hello. I'm still around (also as hemulenofdoom - though that's a bit preserved-in-aspic, so to speak).

Sadly politics isn't so LOL these days; and people who were odd but adorable clowns back under Coalition have now turned un-adorably serious. However, I occasionally go back, look at the meme, and sigh a bit.

I miss you guys too. We had a great time together, I've never found that again on this level. I sometimes revisit the meme or find screencaps I forgot I had and get nostalgic.

Speaking of meme: Do you guys think we can manage to preserve the fics in any (organised) way in case something ever happens to LJ?
I find myself with a bit more time to spare again this year and it's a project I've had my eyes on for a long time. I have a lot of ideas, maybe we could all figure out something together?
