grr posted that too soon. Anyways, we use motherease wraps with our real nappies and we've got on fine with them. The ones we've got have popper on the legs and waist so you can adjust them to fit and they also come in different sizes (small, medium, large etc.).
Also maybe have a look on www.thenappylady.co.uk to see what they recommend for terry nappies cos from what I understand you need a better fitting wrap to hold the nappy in place? There is loads of advice there and you can either buy from the site or have a look on ebay for some second hand ones
I have just seen this, I had some brilliant wraps, I am trying desperately to remember the brand, pretty sure they are avilable only online. They had pockets you folded the terry nappy into and a press stud fastening. Very easy to use. Quite expensive though. I'll check on the name and post details tomorrow.

I liked the Airflow ones best. We didn't use terries ourselves but SIL does and she's a big Motherease wrap fan too :)
