1. Get your pictures taken at Bryn-Alan Photography in West Palm Beach. Call 'em up to find out when you can make an appointment. I had mine done yesterday and they take forever. So annoying.

2. No freaking clue. But you CAN pay 8 bucks and get your scores over the phone at 1-888-308-0013.
