ReadItSwapIt is a library loverreaditswapitDecember 12 2005, 22:39:17 UTC
Thanks very much for that comment.
I just want to clarify: ReadItSwapIt is NOT trying to compete with libraries because we believe they're great and book sharing is great! Like this book club, our site is about recycling books you already own instead of buying new ones.
But since you asked, with ReadItSwapIt
a) you get to keep the book for as long as you want, or give it away to a friend b) you never get fined
But then again, with libraries a) you don't have to pay any postage to swap the book b) you're supporting their survival
So I guess the answer is: use both! :) Just don't go to the bookshop/pay for a book ever again!
