So, I started at Azzurri today, which came as a bit of a shock to me.  Seems promising so far, the people have been dead friendly (which is half the battle) and the job itself seems alright so far.

I'm a "Tier 1 / Tier 2 Support Engineer", which I was initially concerned that it was going to transpire to be a crappy tech support job.  Fortunately,
