Kemaru: Leaving chapter 7 version 1
Dinner was over and the members went to watch TV together. Kibum sat on the couch and glanced over at Kevin, they made eye contact, and Kevin quickly moved to sit next to Kibum. Kibum wrapped his arm over Kevin’s shoulders and pulled him closer. Alexander watched with amusement at how cute they were! This was a good sign he thought, a very good one.
The movie was coming to a closing and Kibum noticed Kevin had fallen asleep on him. He chuckled softly and picked Kevin up bridal style. The other members were going to protest to Kibum leaving until they saw the sleeping angel in his hands. Dongho scooted closer to Soohyun who only kissed him softly. They all gave Kibum silent wishes of good luck. They all wanted them back together. The months that had passed where they got to know Kevin, the life threatening situation where they almost lost Kevin showed a new side to Kibum. They definitely wanted to see both of them smile once again. Slowly, their little family could repair itself.

Kibum laid Kevin down on his side of the bed and tucked him in gently. Moving the stray hairs away from his face, Kibum couldn’t help but smile. His angel was forgiving him; his angel was here with him again. He slowly got up from the bed and headed to the door.
“Kibummie…” Kibum turned around to see Kevin with the covers brought up over his head, only his face sticking out. He looked like a little Eskimo; Kibum strode back to Kevin and leaned down.
“Yeah Vinny?” Kevin scooted back and pulled the covers open. Kibum took this as an invitation to lay-down and he climbed into bed. Kevin quickly placed his head on his chest and interlocked their fingers together. Kibum chuckled softly, it was refreshing to see Kevin be so cute, and it was even better because Kevin actually wanted him near!
“I’m sorry.” Kibum looked down to see Kevin with doe like eyes staring back at him. He felt his heart skip a beat and a small blush creeping in on his cheeks. Kevin was just so beautiful, he wanted to do nothing more than kiss those soft pouty lips. But he knew he had to restrain himself, just because Kevin was at close proximity didn’t mean Kevin wanted him back. Although Kevin didn’t protest to Kibum’s kisses earlier. No Kibum! No! Don’t get your hopes up, he’s just glad to be back from the hospital, and probably see you. Yeah because he didn’t know that you did come every day! Damn it, stop thinking focus on Kevin! Kevin!
Kevin’s heart was beating a little faster than it had since he first laid eyes on Kibum after so many months. He thought it was cute how after looking at him Kibum started to blush, on the outside Kibum was all man, but all that went away when it came to Kevin.
“Kibum, I said I was sorry.”
“I..sorry I got lost in my thoughts, why are you sorry?” Kibum shook his head, this was starting out weird.
“For me cutting, being so distant and indifferent to you. For not telling my feelings sooner, Kibum hyung I love you. I always have and…..I don’t like not being near you. Your warmth is my second home.” Kevin whispered out the last part and snuggled closer to Kibum who readily wrapped his arms tighter around the small boy. His heart was beating extremely fast, Kevin was always sweet when they were together but this was a different kind of sweet. He hadn’t heard anything like that from his angel in months, and it felt great. Kevin said he loved him again, and this time he wasn’t nearly dying so that was also a plus. Kibum bit his lip to stifle a sob but Kevin heard it and sat up looking worried and wiping away Kibum’s already falling tears.
“Hyung…”
“No.” Kibum stated simply and Kevin seemed to understand.
“Kibummie, why are you crying my love?”
“That’s just it, I’m your love. Kevin you have no idea how much I missed you! It was so hard not being able to see you or hear from you. Kevin I love you so much, please please take me back!” Kibum doesn’t know how but Kevin was now holding him. He cried softly into Kevin’s chest while the latter was rubbing soothing circles on his back and leaving butterfly kisses on his head.
“You think it’d be harder for me right? You at least talked to people to see how I was, when you called no one would tell me how you were.” Kevin’s tone was a bit cold but he didn’t stop his doings on Kibum.
“Kevin please, I really am sorry. I’m never going to leave you again Kevin! I…always wrote you letters but I didn’t think you’d want to hear from me.” Kibum got up and walked over to his dresser leaving a very confused but cute Kevin on the bed. He got the old box with all the letters and showed it to Kevin. His face lit up a generous amount and Kibum chuckled.
“Want to read them?” Kibum said while climbing back into bed, Kevin was back lying on his chest holding the box.
“You read them to me.” Kibum did every letter. Kevin was crying by the 5th one but told Kibum to keep reading. When all the letters were finish, Kevin had cried himself to sleep. Kibum kissed his forehead and lay down with him still in his arms and slowly drifted off to sleep. Kevin was so warm, he missed this for so many months, and he just wished Kevin would tell him if they were together or not.

When the door closed to Kibum and Kevin’s room Alexander let out a sigh. He knew it was good news when Kibum didn’t come back out, maybe Kevin woke up and they were now talking.
“I really hope they can just get together already.” Eli said in monotone. Alexander looked at him curiously, didn’t Eli like Kevin? Maybe he was just being a good band member wishing them the best. It was still odd. Eli noticed Alexander’s gaze and only chuckled shaking his head.
“I don’t like Kevin, don’t worry hyung. Kevin and I are just really good friends.” Alexander started to blush, was he that obviously staring at Eli? Well he was glad anyways that Eli didn’t like Kevin, this information made his heart beat just a little faster. Alright well a lot, and he couldn’t help but blush more at the realization that he might possible have been jealous.
Dongho let out a little whine causing his hyungs too look at him. He looked away, he didn’t think he would be that loud, because it was only intended for Soohyun to hear. Soohyun looked at Dongho with concern; he noticed Dongho squirming and smirked a little. Soohyun picked Dongho up bridal style and walked to their shared room.
Dongho let out a little yelp when Soohyun picked him up, and a blush crept on his cheeks when Soohyun whispered “Let me help you.” At least his boyfriend wasn’t stupid. Apparently neither were his other Hyungs, because as soon as he was picked up Alexander spoke.
“Remember what I told you earlier Soohyun.”
“Yes hyung.” The way Soohyun said it stated he had no intention of listening to Alexander’s words at all. Alexander could do nothing buy sigh. He looked over at Eli who was staring off into space.
“Eli!” Eli jumped a bit and clutched at his heart.
“What!” Alexander laughed, he couldn’t help it. Eli looked so freaking cute being all scared and stuff. If only Eli liked him back, he bet they could be a really cute couple too. Alexander pouted and Eli quirked an eyebrow at him. What was his Hyung thinking?
“What were you thinking about?”
“N-nothing…I’m going to sleep!” Eli couldn’t help but blush, he couldn’t tell his hyung that he was thinking of him. Sleep would be the best thing for him right now, so he could get away from Alexander. It wouldn’t work out for them, Xander was straight anyways. He sighed inwardly, waved Alexander goodnight and went to bed. They had a schedule tomorrow, an interview on a talk show or something.

Kibum thought of only one thing that could make this interview more bearable, if he were seated near Kevin. But no, he had to be at the end of the line near Alexander. It wasn’t fair! The Shin couple got to sit next to each other. Kevin was on the other side of Eli who was next to Soohyun, and damn it Eli couldn’t keep his hands off Kevin every time he said something cute or funny. Did he like Kevin or something? Kibum thought he liked Alexander, damn Eli for sending mixed signals to everyone.
“So Kevin, is there someone from your group whom you’re most thankful for having as a member?” Kevin smiled at the question and thought before nodding. Eli playfully said it was him but Kevin shook his head.
“Then who is it and why?”
“I’m really thankful for Kibum Hyung, since he was in the same group as me before we’ve always been close. When that incident happened a few weeks ago he took the most care of me, even when I was picked up from the hospital. Kibummie Hyung is very special to me and I couldn’t think of anyone who could possibly take his place. My Bummie is irreplaceable.” Kevin looked at Kibum the whole time.
“Aww, it is very good to have a member you’re close to, and you and Kibum-ah seem to have a lot of history. We understand that it must have been really hard for you all to deal with that incident that happened with Kevin awhile ago. A few weeks right? Everything is all better with Kevin now fans don’t worry. Ahh Kibum? It looks like Kevin’s words affected Kibum he’s crying now. Kevin go and hug Kibum!” When the host was speaking Kevin and Kibum kept eye contact, Kevin felt kind of bad that Kibum started crying so he listened to the host and got up meeting Kibum half way.
When Kibum was in Kevin’s embrace he started crying hard. Kevin was rubbing soothing circles on his back, Soohyun got up and asked if they could cut the camera and give them a few minutes to themselves. It looked like it would be awhile before Kibum would be alright. They crew agreed and Kevin dragged a still sobbing Kibum to a dressing room. As soon as they entered the room Kibum collapsed.
“Kibummie, please stop crying.”
“I..I…can’t!” Kibum curled up but uncurled when Kevin wrapped arms around him again, Kevin leaned against the wall while Kibum leaned against him. Although Kevin was small he could still be a good structure for Kibum to lean on. Kibum threw his legs over Kevin’s who were sticking out, the crook of his knees resting on Kevin’s thigh.
“Kibum” Kevin couldn’t help but chuckle softly, in all the years he’s known Kibum he’s never seen the boy so vulnerable and cute. He moved misplaced hairs on Kibum’s face and kissed his forehead softly.
“You…so….words…Kevin!” Kibum was crying too much to form any coherent sentences. A few minutes went by in nearly complete silence, the only thing that could be heard was Kibum’s soft sighs as he calmed down.
“I’m sorry, I just…you were really sweet…I love you Kevin.”
“What were you expecting? Me to pick someone else? I’ve known you longest.” Kevin said with a hint of playfulness but it didn’t register with Kibum who looked down.
“I thought it was because you really do love me. Please stop confusing me Kevin.”
“I was playing Kibum, of course it was because I love you.” Kibum sighed and got up and away from Kevin.
“What’s wrong now?
“I need more. Kevin, you…you’re really confusing. You push me away and pull me back. You got out of the hospital and were indifferent when we came home. But last night you were all clingy to me. I know you said you were sorry for it, but still Kevin. Do you want to be with me again at all? Please let me know if I’m just wasting my time.”
“I told you I love you Hyung.” Kevin was standing and looking down holding himself. He wanted to be with Kibum, but he wasn’t sure. There was so much he was unsure of, he didn’t want to lose Kibum like he did before. What if Kibum left again? What if he still wasn’t good enough for Kibum? Kibum still didn’t know what happened with Jun Hyung while he was gone.
“Kevin saying you love me is different than proving it. If you love me why won’t you be with me anymore? Do you have any idea how much I love you Kevin? I really..really miss you. This isn’t like me Kevin. You know very well this is out of character for me to beg for anything. Yes I’m begging you Kevin, I can’t stand not being with you. You…yesterday I was so happy for the first time in nearly a year I was truly happy Kevin. Because of you, because you were so dependent on me. Everything you said warmed my heart. Kevin I need you. Please for the love of God Kevin take me back!” Kibum sigh hard when he saw all he did was bring Kevin to tears. He strode over to Kevin, cupping his cheeks he kissed him softly. Kevin wrapped his arms around Kibum’s neck, eyes fluttering shut and he pulled him closer. Actions speak louder than words and Kevin was determined to show Kibum how much he really did love him, it just wasn’t right for Kevin to be with Kibum yet. He didn’t know how he could explain it to Kibum without letting him know what had happened with Jun Hyung. But Kevin didn’t want anything bad to happen to Jun Hyung, he knew how close him and Kibum were and still are. He’s torn between hurting Kibum by rejecting him, or hurting him by letting him know how tainted he is.
Kevin broke the kiss and started gasping for air. His hair was ruffled out of place, his lips were moist, red and plump. Kibum thought Kevin couldn’t get any more beautiful until he looked at him right then and smiled.
“I love you Kevin.”
“I’m sorry! I’m so sorry hyung!” Kevin collapsed to his knee’s crying. Soohyun walked in the room Dongho on his back and kissing lines from his earlobe to his neck but stopped when he saw the state his Hyungs were in.
“I’m sorry but we need to finish the interview…can this be finished at home?” Kibum looked like he was ready to punch Soohyun, and he was about to, until Kevin got up and nodded walking straight out.

I don’t know how to continue it without drama xD PLEASE DON’T HURT ME! -hides behind a rock- I didn’t mean to hurt Kibum again! And yeah…What did happen with Kevin and Jun Hyung :O? We all know Kevin shared a bed with him, but hmmmm….. There are 2 versions so tell me which one you like better after you read the second one kay? Ty <3
