We had just decided to name the two new girls Esmerelda and Prudence, had spent a week getting them to hand feed mealworms and guess what we come down to inside the chicken coop on Tuesday morning?
I wanted to keep him, at least for a little bit but Weeto said I had to let him go. And to be fair he had already sh*t twice in my coop! Plus I had to clean up the bodies and blood which Mr Fox was kind of in the way of doing :(
indeed have donw, the nest box lid now has too shiny new clasp locks where you can thread a padlock through and installed so there is only a few mm's give, and just to be certain the removable panel at the bottom of the nest box hasd been bolted in place with 4 bolts so it can't push it up. The main 'shop bought' coop is as fox proof as possible now (it would have to chew through and the adolescent fox had had a good go at chewing out but failed!).
We are also making the extended run more secure so that it's a real challenge to get past before it ever reaches the main coop. We are in the process of putting on a roof so Mr Fox can't just waltz in over the back fence.

I think investing in some heavy-duty bolts may be the way to go.
