well, i rolled my kayak again, loads of times, in the end without even the instructor standing beside me. i'm so chuffed. for me to acheive anything physical is amazing.

hello, do other people there just become so totally overloaded they have to pretend to sleep just to escape? i usually manage to build some escape route into my day, even if it's just sitting in a corner with a book or ukulele. but today here i am feeling just too overloaded and nowhere to run to.
