Our mortgage broker is an idiot.  He doesn't reply to phone calls or emails.  I get that he works on commission and we are only approved for a small loan but still...this is ridiculous.  We need to understand exactly how much the closing costs are and what our options are to get them paid.  And the one person who can tell us that refuses to

Devora & I might take a plunge into the housing market. Please let us know who this dude is-so we can avoid him. I worked for a job where some of my money came from commission, selling cameras & small electronics. There was no such thing as a "small customer" to me.

Thanks hon but our original broker pulled his head out of his ass and pulled through - after Ulfr sent him a pointed email stating that if his questions were not answered we would take our business elsewhere - and suddenly found us $1800 in closing cost credits. Funny how that works...
