Our last house hunting trip found us the most amazing house.  6 bedrooms, insanely gorgeous master bathroom, fabulous deck, minimal work needed to make it livable and the Ravens Fan Club Room.  This room was a complete surprise.  The listing  say the main floor contains living room, dining room and kitchen. Oh, man, that sucks. I'm so sorry! I'd heard about the 9-year lows in house prices.

It does seem like you should be having an easier time of it, with that, huh?

You'd think, but no. On the plus side, we do continue to drive the market and promote sales, even if it's not to us.

Perhaps drop a hint to Mr, Spiffy that he is in danger of being replaced?? Sounds like he doesn't quite think you can afford a house, or something.

I don't get that impression from him at all, only that to the banks this is business.
