OVERALL:
Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?
less, to be honest. i'd like to have written a lot more, but unfortunately i had no time and too many jobs :( at least i managed to go past the 5 mark, haha. this year i intend to write a bit more, since i'm done with one of my jobs. #praisethelord
Did you take any writing risks this year?
i wrote a slash pairing for the first time ever? it was an epic failure, but hey - i tried! i actually thought it was a pretty decent job, considering i'm a horrible writer when it comes to slash.
Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the New Year?
i always think to myself: FINISH DEAD AND LOVELY. and then i don't. i can't do chaptered fanfics, i guess. but i'll keep trying. maybe 2014 we'll learn about ghost!suzy's ending. also, i'd like to stop killing everyone in every other piece.
BEST AND WORST:
My best story of this year:
if you're afraid of wolved, don't go to the woods was definitely my favorite one. i will always favor dark!au pieces, because it's my favorite gen to write. also, i love how nana came out in this.
My most popular story of this year:
i think the title goes to a girl came by, she had eyes like a rising tide. i think i'm a poor writer when it comes to /normal life situations/ and fluff. it's very hard for me to convey those feelings (i might have no heart). but i'm glad people liked it nonetheless! :)
Story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion:
ahhh it's got to be if you're still breathing, you're the lucky ones. i mean. ROBOTS! SCI-FI! DYSTOPIA!
Most fun story to write:
probably and then something strawberry filled up the sky because it was a justin timberlake-related prompt, meaning i had a mini-dancing party while listening to his discography.
Story with the single sexiest moment:
i'm so bad at this, but i guess:
Backstage, Suzy, bossy, likes to push him around corners, against corners, every other surface, and there’s about a thousand scandals going on tabloids, and Myungsoo, meek, just goes along, he let her be, his hard candy, and he’s high on sugar, it’s all up his bloodstream, making his head lighter, making the sky turn red every time, he doesn’t even know what’s going on, he knows what she knows, he feels whatever she feels, up until the point they can’t move anymore, their bodies flooded with sugar water, so sweet it pains him. ( and then something strawberry filled up the sky)
Story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters:

Hardest story to write:
definitely there's this tune i found (it makes me think of you somehow), because ugh! i'm a failure.
Biggest disappointment:
in general i liked every single piece i wrote, which is kind of a surprise. i used to hate and then something strawberry filled up the sky, but i'm past that now, haha. after re-reading it a couple of times, i decided it wasn't as horrifying as i first thought.
Biggest surprise:
the response to a girl came by, she had eyes like a rising tide. i honestly thought no one would like it!
Most unintentionally telling story:
none, really.
WIP TEASERS: (i'm so very sad to say that i've lost most of my wips when my external hd crashed. I STILL REMEMBER THEM, THOUGH! i mean. the plots and titles. that's a start, right?)
myungsoo + suzy - see you, space cowboy (suzy meets a boy who fell from the sky)
Under his skin, Suzy could see the web of time strings, thin like veins, rushing the seconds through his system, pumping distance into his soul. He was there, but he wasn’t there at all, a paradox himself, a projection, space boy without his stars.
jaejoong / nana - dig up her bones, but leave the soul alone (snow white & the huntsman au for harues.)
i completely lost everything i had for this one, which makes me so sad i could cry.
myungsoo / suzy - into the darkness they go, the wise and the lovely (suzy and myungsoo first meet when they get stuck in an elevator together at some broadcast station)
"I'm Bae Suzy - have we met before?", she asks him, eyes searching through the darkness, but there's only phosphene in her sight. "No, we haven't," he replies simply. His voice is softer, syllables rolling shorter than hers, coming from her right side. "I'm Kim Myungsoo." She nods, though he can't see. "I can't remember your face," she declares, frowning. She remembers his tall figure, a dark stain for a hair, the black cardigan - but not the face. "I remember yours."

part 2 for your heart felt good. myungsoo's writing part 2 of bravo viewtiful, he makes a song, he falls in love (with another girl). suzy's still there.
myungsoo / suzy / sungyeol - ?? (sungyeol can hear thoughts, myungsoo's invisible and suzy will live forever)
She talked like Joseon Era, dressed like Marie Antoinette, smiled like a capitalist in post World War II, and dreamed of a burning Babylon. Suzy was a time paradox - a girl in despair of never growing old or dying, like Rice's little Claudia, condemned to an earthly hell. Sometimes Sungyeol would look into her mind, look into the empty rooms of medieval castles, or empires void of humanity. Suzy was unhappy - but weren't them all?
jaejoong / nana - devil goes down to georgia (kind of a like an ahs: coven au)
I just brought a guy back to life. He smells of colitas and morgue. It's disgusting.
then i have some other things in mind:
+ coffee shop au of sorts, but i wanted it slighty different than just slice of life;
+ myungsoo/sunggyu/hoya OT3 cowboy bebop au;
+ jaejoong/jessica/changmin pacific rim au (where they drift together, then somebody dies - just because!);
+ myungsoo/suzy smut. I WANT TO TRY THAT.
