The only think crunches does is builds muscle behind your flab and pushes the flab out even further. You have to do Cardio to get rid of it. About 45 min. 4 times a week. Once you start doinging youll hate it at 1st but youll become addicted to it.
I only know all this because I used to be a trainer at a gym now Im all fatty Mc fatfat.
Try not to drink Beer of Liquir they are both full of carbs and fat. The best thing to drink is white wine.
