I know it probably doesn't feel like it now, but you'll get it done. I lost an entire month second semester to being sick/visiting grad school/having a mental break down because said grad schools rejected my boyfriend, and I still finished in time. Albeit, I finished 30 minutes before the deadline the Friday of Renn Fayre after not sleeping for 3 days, but I finished, and you will too. GOOD LUCK!!

Agreed. I was sick for the whole last week and a half with an 103.7 fever. It dropped eventually, but I was chronically medicated and ill up until Renn Fayre. Eliza & I handed it in at the same time... it just happens some how, not matter what. You'll get it done just fine.
