Turns out I was a little premature...

My phone lives in almost all the glorious ways I need it to. But... the speaker's dead, so I can't actually use it as a phone.

At least I can still use it for email and Twitter, and basically everything except hearing someone I've phoned.

Yup. Going to try it with headphones and see if that works.

I doubt it. Besides, the important things work. I might just get a pay as you go SIM for my backup phone and use that for calls. It's not like I use my phone as a phone all that much.
