I could see some Zidane, Reno, and even Tidus in you...but, the character that really stood out to me was Zell from FFVIII. Zell is a very kind and caring character who would do anything for his friends. While outgoing most of the time, he has his rare shy and pessimistic moments. Zell is also slightly modest, and definitely more intuitive. Friends are like family to Zell and extremely important to his character, and I could see him wanting to party if he was told her had a week to live but fearing death itself at the same time. A lot of your strong/weak attributes fit for him too. :)
