This afternoon is conducive, in my opinion, to a chat about the hazards of ghetto living.

LOL!!! Nice, very well thought out post, Will. :-P And very hilarious. Now I'm interested in the crime statistics for Baltimore. It's interesting to think about whether I should have been killed when I went to visit you guys. :-P I'm technically not "black" since most people take that to mean African American, but I'm definitely not white.

I think the answer lies in two facts:

New England has low crime because only the rich want to live there.
New England is low crime because they won't let anyone else live there anyway.

Did you come across any statistics on the correlation of population density and crime?
