After lunch we disembarked at St. Croix. The port consisted of a long cement pier with a town square at the opposite end. There was a clocktower in the middle of the square, surrounded by small tent shops. We woke up at a more reasonable hour today. We set out for breakfast at the buffet, which I do not usually eat. Something about being on a journey just made the food sit better, I guess. The Cheese Stands Alone
Quick update on my game development: Over the past week I've written a 3d terrain engine and added multitexturing so the landscape looks a great deal more detailed. I've uploaded a few screenshots of the environment so far, for comparison.
