I want to move to England and be in the Grimethorpe Colliery Brass Band, so I can play Concerto De Aranjuez, like they do in the movie Brassed Off. God, I love that movie...the Concerto De Aranjuez part especially!!!!!!!! Like *drool* OMG the flugal horn is sooooooo cool!!!!! And that music that you've discovered is my entire life. It sounds really stupid, but its true. Theres people like Bronson that like jazz, and others like Paul Otway that like orchestra, but brass band is me. Im glad that I get to shareit with you, and im glad that you are going to experience my favourite thing ever. Sometimes it makes me jealous that you're getting interested in all this stuff, and that it felt like you were stealing the one thing that was really important to me. I know it sounds absolutely stupid, but i guess its kinda like how you feel about a person in your year that you had trouble with last year. im sorry for that, cause it was really selfish. i think i finally realize that it can be special to me AND to lots of other people, and im sorry for being angry with you for enjoying it like i do. It's just that like, i LOVED brassed off last summer, and concerto D'aranjuez has been my favourite song since i watched the oshawa civic band play it when i was seven and i used to go to the park every week and watch them. i ( ... )

*Cough cough* Hannaford Street Silver Band, not brass band. theres a difference between a silver band and a brass band. Im in their youth band! :D

I know how special brass band is to you, and there's no possible way I could ever love it as much as you. I totally understand how you'd feel upset, cuz if it means as much to you as like ceremonial guard or ultimate frisbee means to me, then you must like it a whole heck of a lot.

I'll tell you a special secret. At first I was pretty jelous that you play trumpet. You know how much I love/really wanna play the trumpet.It was really tough to watch you play. Then I found out that watching you play was the next best thing. It means alot to me that one of my best friends/fav ppl gets to play an instrument that I love so much.

I love ya, and I miss ya punk (that's my true yet random mushy comment)

P.S. I don't know the difference between a brass band and a silver band, that's why you're still, and will always be the master :D
