Just finished watching Perfect Blue for the first time in ages. Man, what agreat film. Anyone looking for proof that anime is more than magical princesses, emo swordswingers and cultural jokes that have no relevence to people secure in there own heritage should check out a Satoshi Kon film. Yay - Perfect Blue rocks! And I have a bootleg (ahem) version of Paranoia Agent that you are quite welcome to borrow. It's so bloody good! And how creepy was Mr Memania in PB?! Have you read The Iron Wagon yet, by the way? Want to know what you think! :)

Yes I have read the Iron Wagon! Have been meaning to get it back to you. I will bring it tomorrow. I liked it a lot, perhaps more so than his other books. Its very obviously not written by him, but not in a bad way. I found it less wimsome and melancholic than his other books and also more focused - a result of it being a story already written I'm sure. Top stuff though and quite gripping - I read it through in one go!

Oh and I am downloading Paronoia Agent at the moment - should be finished by tonight so, thanks you for your offer, but I'll have my own bootlegs soon! Unfortunately the Millenium Actress I downloaded was in Spanish... Dagnabbit!
