The German poet, Rainer Maria Rilke wrote, "To be lonely as one was lonely as a child, while adults were moving about, entangled with things that seemed big and important, because the grownups looked so busy and because one could not understand any of their doings...that must be the goal."
Also..."If there seems to be no communication between you and the people around you, try to draw close to those things that will not ever leave you. The nights are still there, and the winds that roam through the trees and over many lands."
I don't think loneliness is a bad thing. It's an experience in life, and one that teaches you more about yourself than perhaps anything form of contact.
Rilke has a really good little book called "Letters to a Young Poet" and he explores a lot of the things you wrote about in this entry.
so far as i know we don't know each other ...i'm just the roommate of raven_smiles...i kinda forget how i ended at your lj...but..i did find it quite interesting to read. i had to comment because one of my best friends has the last name of nguyen. i lover her but her family always talks shit about me in vietnamese when i go over..hopefully your court thing went well.
