Reading about your problem gave me brain convulsions. I'm surprised Telstra didn't suggest using smoke signals.

I'm sure they would have if they'd managed to think of it. Maybe smoke signals are a little hi tech for them.

The whole thing is so wrong in so many ways. I'm angry for you. Telstra really could care less about the rural population in our country. I know another rural girl over east who has similar issues with her never arriving broadband.

Did you get a new member out of the last election? Would it be worth a call to their office to see what they can do to assist? I can give you Kevin's number if you like... he lives (or used to) not far from here.

I don't think I did a new member. The old one had thank you signs up all over the place, so....

I'll do this little red ribbon dance and see where it takes me. If it all pans out, I'll get to kleep my current provider, which would be very cool.

If it doesn't pan out? I may have to hit you up for Kevin's number. I'll take him to a strip club and butter him up some. :p
