Six Star Wars movies and you've only seen Episode I? You need to see the original three and probably Revenge of the Sith for a much better Star Wars experience than [shudder] Episode I. And also, Wrath of Khan is the best Trek movie EVAR! You clearly need to catch up on your sci-fi the most ;)

You have keenly keyed in on my utter lack of interest in sci-fi anything, This probably should be embarrassing, but I checked off the wrong one. I saw the first Star Wars - the original. And I do know that it was the first three, then the prequels, so the original is really Episode Four. But I was sort of annoyed they didn't just use the "real names" in the list, so I didn't even stop to think about it.

All that said, I don't think I'll be seeing any more. My friend, who's a Star Wars fanatic, had to hit me in order to make me stop rooting for the Empire during the one I saw.

Not my cuppa.

Dear God, it's bad enough you're a Sox fan, but not liking Star Wars? Do you worship Satan, too?

At least we agree on Meloni and U2.

Star Wars is such a huge chunk of my childhood. I am spoiled for movies forever, because whenever I see a movie in a theater, I want it to be as good as the first movie I saw in a theater, and it never, ever will be.

Maybe that's why I've only seen 68 of those movies!

P.S. My dad used to say his favorite character was the Emperor, and that we should root for the Empire, and that Darth Vader "wimped out" at the end of RotJ.

P.P.S. I have two older brothers, so it's amazing I didn't add twenty sci-fi movies to the end of the list.

For once, a meme that I like... I'm stealing it ;-)
Though I'm sure its going to take me a couple of days to go through it. I think the movie whore number needs to be changed to 300.

Yay - memes are fun. Except when you start to do this one and then you're cursing me because there are 400 freaking films on the list. And you're bound to miss some. But do it, do it! I love seeing what everyone else has seen.

I do wish they drew some conclusion, though, like, "You clearly have no taste and should let your friend (picks random friend from flist or one with a "better" score) to make your cinematic selections from now on..." You know me - I like judgmental types. And memes.

I knew there was a reason I didn't do meme's. Putting up bold tags for 200+ movies is time consuming. As for Star Wars, good for you. The original three are the only ones worth watching. I've already posted my rant on 'Sith'. The geeks are blinded by the special effects and light sabres to even give attention to the crappy acting. Gah!

I copied it to Word and back, so for bolding I just had to do CTRL-B.

And SHUT UP! Sith was AWESOME!

Now, see, I'm a whore for all things sci-fi and horror. Yet I still couldn't count past 244 movies. I blame the internet for my slacking. Before the web came along there wasn't much else to do but go to the movies.

And... Hooray for "Heathers". Eskimo. Es-ki-mo.

I love, love, love Heathers. So many good lines.

And wow - 244, huh? That's impressive. You're more than a triple whore! I know, I know - if you had a dime for everytime you've heard that... ;)

Not the least of which is "Fuck me gently with a chainsaw." I had a friend in college who used to say that all the time.

I agree. Great flick. If you hadn't added it, I was going to.
