In response to people that say it's too powerful (not that I necessarily disagree), I don't think it will hit provinces as often as you claim. To hit a province and nothing else you would have to trash a Gold, and then it's not really better than a Remodel. It's true that you could get lucky and hit a Province with something less than a Gold, but late in the game, how often to people actually have provinces in their hands anyways? The thinner a deck (and thus the more likely it is that a particular hand will actually have a province), the more likely it is that a particular hand might also have (say) a Gold.
It is true that, like Saboteur, it is kind of a "chancier" card that can occasionally get lucky and be devastating late game, but I don't think it's enormously more effective than Saboteur at doing so (it certainly is more effective, but it requires you to trash a good card of your own).
In any case, I could certainly still believe that it is either just too powerful and screws up the game, or that it should cost 6.
